Guest Purchase FAQs
Q: My favorite hotel bed features a down comforter, luxurious duvet cover and mountains of pillows. Aren't these really what makes the bed so comfortable?
A: Hotels do make their beds look beautiful by layering feather pillows, comforters and high quality linens. However, while these accessories add to the aesthetics of the bed ensemble, the mattress is what actually creates a superior sleep experience. The bottom line is that a supportive mattress is key to a restorative night's sleep.
Q: Are beds in the Simmons® Guest Purchase Program more expensive than retail?
A: The price of a hotel mattress is comparable to retail and varies by product and model.
Q: How do I order my hotel bed?
A: Participating hotels offer in-room literature with a toll-free number and property locator code. All orders are expedited and tracked by Simmons Bedding Company's Home Delivery Agents to ensure uniformity of the program nationwide.
Q: How will I receive my hotel bed?
Simmons manages the order and delivery process with "white glove service." Home Delivery Agents will place a courtesy call and schedule an appointment for delivery that is convenient for the customer. Delivery occurs within 4-6 weeks and costs $100. Delivery of the new bed set and removal of the old one costs $165.

Your body goes through cycles of sleep every night. During each cycle, the time
you spend in each of the 4 stages of sleep changes. This cycle repeats itself
every 90 minutes until you wake up.
Sleep experts agree: Most people need 8 hours of sleep, but even 6 hours of continuous sleep is more restorative than 8 hours of interrupted sleep.
